Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(What is hard liqor?),it will help you,my kids.
i dont drink hard liqor but i do drink beer, when i drink it, when i drink it my throat has a burining feeling. is that how it is soppused to be?
Answer:
hard liquor usually means spirits with a high alcohol content, like whiskey, vodka, rum, scotch, gin, etc.
I think the "hard" part more pertains to all the alcohol that's in it. But alcohol does have a burning sensation when swallowed.
Cheap liquor is usually the worst. You can make drinks less alcohol-flavored by mixing a flavored liquor with a flavored mixer.
you drink beer but you dont know what hard liqor is? how is this?
examples of hard liqor are: whiskey, vodka, rum.......
To answer the top-shelf question, the term
Hard Liquor is redundant.
In my state anything above, say 17 per cent,
alcohol(guessing) is sold in an ABC store.
It's still a liquor store. They sell, whiskey,
gin, vodka, tequila, rum. Then they sell
cordials. don't ask me. Then liquers,
which includes schnapps. Then lower
strength whiskeys, they are kept seperated
from the other ones, I guess because their
are so many bourbons, Canadians, and
Scotches.
As for the burn, it's normally when I drink
straight bourbon. Most will concur on that.
Hard liquors are whiskeys, scotch, rum, tequila, gin, vodka and other spirits.... not beer and wine.
yea that is a mormal feeling when you start drinking. I thought that i would never get over it but after drinking more of the hard liquors you get over it. Dont even notice it any more
