I would add a little more mayo and just mix it really well, when your done mixing it use a cake bag to fill the eggs. It will look nicer and it will smoosh it even more as it pushes through the decorative head! you need to spend more time squshing up the yolks. or if you have a lot say like 200 eggs, then use a mixer. I use mayonaisse and mustard.
I use a little mustard and Mayo. Put in a food pros. and blend well.
For the filling, mix together the yolk, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper with a fork.For extra creamy filling, add a little bit of sour cream until it reaches your desired texture.
