I like Turkey burgers (the extra lean kind with about 2% fat) anyway you can cook them, however after cooking they never seem to be moist enough with adding soy sauce etc.

Answers:
The key to a moist, soft burger is the fillers you add in, not so much the meat or the fats you use. You have to add an egg to help bind the mixture, and most importantly you need lots of starch, usually bread crumbs, and really knead the meat! Adding soy sauce, dressings, oils, etc. is also good to spice things up, or try worchestershire sauce or A1 sauce too. I use ground turkey all the time and it works great.
