Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Answers:
Shred Cheddar and some montery jack.
Cook large elbow macaroni. drain. add small amount of milk and put the cheese in a little at a time. stir it so it doesn't clump.
Add a quarter stick of butter and keep stirring the pot.
add more milk (or butter) if you need to to make it creamy.
add black pepper and some pimento if you like.
I add red pepper seeds and a bit of fresh garlic.

DIRECTIONS:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and reserve.
In a large saucepan over low heat, warm soup and add milk; stir. Add 1/4 of cheese to soup and remove mixture from heat when cheese is melted.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Add macaroni and tomatoes to soup; stir and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 40 minutes or until the cheese is a golden brown; serve.
All the other recipes sound yucky! I make macaroni cheese as follows:
Cook your macaroni (or I use rigatoni/penne) about 250g
In the meanwhile melt about 2oz butter in a pan. Take butter off heat and stir in 2oz plain flour. Add milk very slowly stirring all the time so you don't get lumps until you have about 400ml sauce (bechamel sauce). Simmer slowly, stirring until thickened. Add a tsp hot english mustard and lots and lots of grated extra mature cheddar cheese. Stir sauce into pasta and pour into a greased overproof casserole dish. Cover with more grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 mins at 180C. YUM!!!

Cook and drain some large elbow macaroni. Add some butter, milk, shredded jack and monterey cheeses (sharp), a can of cheese sauce, generous amount of parmesan and romano, crushed Ritz crackers. Bake in oven til a tiny bit brown on top, but not too dry. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMGOOD!
