I use a crockpot to cook the meat all day, that way it is sooooooo soft, and falls right off the bone. I use lots of spices in it, garlic,salt,pepper, rosemary,thyme, and>pepper...sugar...oregano...ros... lots of crushed garlic...lots...sprinkle some cinnamon on it...lots of cinnamon. Then BBQ!
boil it with carrots and onions.this takes about 3hrs but is well worth the wait the lamb is really tender and falls off the bone
