Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Try these ways:
Fried spam with cheese
Spam amandine with white wine
Grilled spam in mushroom sauce
Baked spam with onions and squash
BBQ spam with ranch dressing


cut it thin and fry untill crispy...serve on soft white bread or bust it up into small pieces and stir into scrambeled eggs. don't eat too much Simple but delicious: fried spam sandwich with mustard. Just slice, fry, and serve.


first you might want to do some research on what that trash in a can is made of. do a yahoo search on it....i dare you!!!

Hey all you answerers, "SPAM is American!" It fed a lot of soldiers in WWII, and has kept many poor from starving. Yes, it has a lot of fat, but a lot of nutrition too. We ate Treet when I was a kid because we didn't have much money. SPAM is much better tasting with better ingredients. However, I agree it's not a healthy food to have very often. I actually like it, and have some about twice a year - on rye bread with some mayo and slice of cheese.

Cut into thin slice, fry it up and put it on toast. Couldn't get enough of it when I was pregnant.
