I think they say two drinks per day. A drink would be one ounce of alcohol. So, one 12 ounce can of beer = one ounce of alcohol.

So that would be 14 beers per week at 2 per day.
That would be 14 ounces of alcohol or 2 drinks per day with one ounce of alcohol per drink.


Of course, this would depend on your size and your toleration of alcohol. If you have a drinking problem then you shouldn't drink any alcohol.
