Depends where you're at. I say this because if you are in a place that is far away from the brewery distributor the beer can get funky tasting. I haven't figured out if it's because of the long trip or what. If I'm in Canada I love Molsons, in the States I drink either Budweiser or Miller, if I'm in Europe (ie greece france spain) Amstel, and Japan ...Sappora. See it really depends of where you're at.

COLD & WET! However the best beers will come from Germany bar none. These people drink beer for breakfast for heavens sake and have done so for centuries! I was stationed in Germany and did a lot of traveling (and sampling). The best tasting to me was DUNKLE dopplebock beer from Wurzburg. The strongest was SALVADOR which was an old brewerie and is the only one in Germany licenced to sell "Bock BEER" yearround. German beers are designed to be drank @ 52 to 55 degrees F.(11-12C). I have tried to drink them chilled like you would an American beer and it ruins the taste! PROST!
Lauger. Like the dark beers, the ones with actuall taste and body to it
New Belgium Brewery in Ft. Collins makes several great beers. Fat Tire is the most famous one. Also try 1554 or Blue Paddle.

No cans, no drafts, no lites, none of that cloudy stuff or darks.
Sometimes I stick a lemon in the neck of the bottle.

I vary between Amstel Light and Bud Light. Amstel is much more flavorful, but a cold Bud Light is very refreshing. For variety, I also love Paulaner Hefeweizen with a lemon.
