Answers:
Vodka generally isn't supposed to be chilled. It's supposed to be smooth and nearly tasteless at room temperature if it's good, and chilling it ruins that sensation. But, if it's bad vodka you probably want to go ahead and drink it cold.

Other Answers:
Sometimes it depends on your tastes.

uhhh... Whiskey? never drink liquor it's bad

Red wine should always be served at room temperature

Gourmet Magazine

Red wine should (in most cases) be drank at cool room temperature. Most people, however, keep their houses at 72-75F (keep mine warmer since I'm always cold!) but red wine is able to release it's flavours best in the mid to low 60s. You can store it out of the fridge, but put it in for five to ten minutes before serving to bring it to the low end of room temperature. Or, do what I do, and store it in the fridge, and let it sit out to warm up while you cook dinner!

But honestly, as far as chilling liquor goes, it all depends. If you like it cold, drink it cold. Don't worry about what a wine snob or a scotch affecianado would say about the temperature of your booze. They aren't drinking your liquor. And if they are, and they complain, tell them to bring their own next time!

Red Wine usually wines don't go in the fridge.. just a cool place (wine cellar). Other than that. it's up to preference.

Bourbon

Sake. It should be served warm.

There are no types of liquor that should NEVER be chilled.

Traditionally, many types of alcohol are served at cellar temps, room temp, blood temp, and even hot. It's all about personal preference...do what you like. As long as you enjoy it, it doesn't matter what is 'traditionally' done.
