Kitty said: Yes.What makes a beer malty or hoppy?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(What makes a beer malty or hoppy?),it will help you,my kids.
Answers:
It is a little more complicated than the previous answers provide. It is not just hte hops, but what type of hops and when they are added.
There are 3 times to add hops to a beer: 1) during the initial boil, 2) at the very end of a boil (more hoppiness or bitterness) and 3) when the wort is poured into the fermenter (dry hopping)
Malty beers can sometimes taste sweet. This is controlled by the type of malt and how long the boil is.
BTW, how bitter a beer is can be measured in IBU's - International Bittering Units.
Other Answers:
Oh man this it to easy. Well the amount of Malt, or Hops that they use in creating the beer. Perhaps you are unclear on brewing, check out wikipedia's page about brewing. Tell you everything you need to know.

The amount of malt and hops put into the beer, at what stage of brewing they are added and whether they are solid or extracts.

malt and hops
hoppy, just taste sam adamsmany things...what kind of malt is used and how much, how many sugars are extracted from it during the brewing process.
and hops are the same... there are bittering hops and aroma hops(noble). and depending when u put them in the wort is how hoppy the finish beer will get, early on =more hop flavor, later on=less hop flavor the ratio of malt to hops.
