1 shot Bailey's, plus 1 shot Butterscotch Scnapps
Yum
Sambuca, baileys, kahlua, frangelica and amaretto are pretty popular
Ameretto
Don't forget Fra Angelico, Tia Maria, and Grand Marnier as well as the others mentioned.
Rum or whisky or whatever suits your taste.
i would reccomend trying a bit of brandy i tried it once and it tasted quite nice

Well for the coffee you should mix it with something creamy, or with a licuor
-Coffee Licuor (Kahlua, Don pancho)
-Irish Cream (Bayleis, carolans, etc)
-Tequila Cream (Crema de tequila 1921(my favorite), Crema de tequila corralejo)
or Tequila Licuor (agavero, capricho, Dobel (with cajeta))
-Licuor (Coconut, licor 43, stregga)
Avoid the Spirits (Rum, Vodka, whysky...) because mixed with the hot coffe they would only give them a very strong alcohol taste that its not that good.
But i recommend you to try different stuff to find the one you like the best
