I have come across 40 beautiful flute glasses, and I am hoping I can use these for more than just champagne.

Answers:
any bubbly, foaming beverage. It could be anything from a root beer float to champagne. Each beverage has its own distinct glass made to deliver the best product!

Other Answers:
Mimosas are great and with just a drop of grenadine will look beautiful in your glasses or make a pitcher of Cosmopolitans, who says they have to be served in a martini glass.

Anything with a fizz. That's what a chanpaign glass is made for, bubbly drinks, the shape of the glass keeps the drink fizzy. Champagne

Mimosas -champagne and orange juice

Bellinis - Champagne and peach juice

Dessert Wine - Muscat or "Ice wine" - made to eat with desserts and typically made to taste sweeter than the dessert you are consuming.

I'm sure you could use them for anything you like. But flutes are designed for champagne. They make the bubbles last longer than traditional champagne glasses. Mimosas... or sparkling cider.

Peach Bellinis...

Thaw a bag of frozen peach slices and puree them. Put about 1-2 Tbs. in the bottom of the glass and pour Prosecco or some kind of sparkling white wine or champagne over it. Don't mix.

You can substitute pureed raspberries, strawberries or blueberries for the peaches. Make sure they are the frozen kind then thaw them.

Kir Royale: Champagne with a little creme de cassis. But no one will report you if you use those glasses for ginger ale, either. Use them for anything carbonated.
