Grab the yellow pages and call them asking if they carry it and what flavors. You know the area better than I do so you can determine what's closest.
From what I know of Chicago, and I hate to say this, look at the poorer areas where bums are prevalent. I'm sure those stores carry things like Night Train too.
A better question is why would you want to buy and drink this stuff? Try windshield washer fluid mixed with kool aid - it tastes, better, it's cheaper, it comes in more flavors, and it probably does less harm to your body than Mad Dog.
Unless it's for a gag gift, I can't imagine why you would want to buy mad dog. It might be easier to go to Walmart and get a quart of motor oil.
