That the art to get drunk Some glasses are shaped a certain way for a certain alcohol to enhance your experience of said drink. There are brandy glasses, and wine glasses ( which come in flutes and goblets). For these types of drinks, you can do differnt things with the alcohol like swirl it around the glass. Do you notice anything? Good wine will have what's called "legs" and "branches".. the wine clings to the glass and leaves trail marks, while bad wine may not. The brandy glass is made for aromatic purposes. At least this is all what I've been told throughout life. I have not looked any of it up online, but I bet you'd get better info that way. Good question!

Just maybe because one of the smarter alcoholics (if thats possible)thougt one day ...Hmmm maybe if I put my beer in a mug and wifey poo's champagne in a tall fancy glass , I won't screw up and drink her drink when I get too screwed up to see what Im'm drinking like last time.
