I should think so. A warm and moist area is the perfect place to breed bacteria. Probably, why would you want to drink it? Get a fresh beer.

it could. Tbe beer will be flat after 3 weeks and prob won't taste like beer.

if you could actually swallow it without throwing up it wouldn't hurt you. but you would still probably throw up later that night anyways. especially if you are drunk enough to drink 3 week old warm beer.
