You need to be careful with names.
A wine fridge is used to keep wines cold for ready service, and really you can use any domestic fridge.
If you want to keep wine as if it were in a cellar you need a specialist wine cabinet such as made by EuroCave http://www.eurocave.com or similar.
These offer vibration free, temperature and humidity controlled conditions for long term aging of wine.
They are not cheap, and I strongly suggest if you are serious you get the largest one you can, as I know from personal experience and from everyone I have spoken to that has one, that you always have more wine than you can store in it.
For instance a 48 bottle cabinet -- which seems a lot -- will hold only 4 cases. Now if you are buying just 1 case of Bordeaux each year to mature and you want to keep them for 10 years the problem is obvious.
I don't know what is available in Bangalore, but if you go to the EuroCave site and find the distributer link you'd see they distribute worldwide and will send you details of your nearest stockists.
I have no connection with EuroCave except having bought one many years ago. There are several competitors now on the market.
