Caesar for Two
Ingredients :
1 x Clove garlic, minced
1 tin anchovies (millionares)
4 x Bacon chopped
2 tbl White vinegar
ds Tabasco
2 x Egg yolks
3 tbl Parmesan cheese
1 head romaine lettuce
Croutons
2 tbl Olive oil
2 tbl Worcestershire
1/2 x Lemon
Capers
Method :
Crush garlic in oil with fork in bowl. Add 1/2 can anchovies,capers & chop mince with oil. Separate egg yolks in small bowl and add to mixing bowl Add worcestershire sauce, lemon, tabasco, vinegar and bacon bits mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes. Toss salad and add croutons and cheese.

4 Tbls. virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
HP sauce

8 Tbls. parmesian cheese
Croutons (if you like them)
1 oz. Cognac
Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
If it doesn't have anchovies, it ain't Ceasar. How many times you order a Ceasar salad and become disappointed once you eat it. Most restaurants try to give you a cheap version of this delicious salad dressing. Now you can make your own at home. If you do not like anchovies, don't add the whole anchovies at the end but still use a few when making the dressing.
Pre-cooking:
Wash the lettuce and brake it apart, then drain it.
Use a garlic press to mash the garlic or simply smash it the best you can
Cooking:
Put the salt, pepper, half of the anchovies, garlic and capers in a wooden bowl
Press with a wooden spoon and mix well until you get a paste
Add the lemon juice, 3 dashes of HP sauce, 3 dashes or Tabasco sauce, Cognac and mustard and mix well into the paste
Add the olive oil and vinegar, mix well again
Just before serving, add the egg yolk and mix the dressing again
Add the lettuce and mix again
Sprinkle parmesan cheese top and drained anchovies.

If your talking about the drink its the same as a bloody mary..a shot and a half of vodka, fill glass with tomatoe juice add a spash of worcheshire sauce a few drops or more of tobasco, a little horseradish celery salt and pepper. I also like to add lemon juice and all ingridents except the vodka and juice are opptional according to your taste.

fill glass with ice
add 1 ounce vodka
dash warchestershire sauce
dash tobasco
fill with 'MOTTS CLAMATO'juice
garnish with slice of lime
