and that its better than white wine but where does blush fits in?...since i like blush better and don't really care for red wine.
Answers:
Red wine is full of anti-oxidents.
Wine is made from grapes, the white wines (including blush wines) do not have any of the grape skins added to the wine. Grape skins contain the nutrients that have benefits in wine. So, drinking white/blush will not get you these nutrients. However, any alcohal (in very small amounts) does thin the blood to help your circulation.
Red wines do have grape skins added, and thus, have many more anti-oxidents (to keep you looking younger).
However, if you drink too much of any alcohal, you dehydrate yourself, causing an aging appearance, and you've wasted your effort to use wine to look young.
Stick to 4 oz of red wine a day. (That's like two shot glasses...very small amount).

Try a little reading at realage.com.
According to some sources, it doesn't matter what type of alcoholic drink you enjoy--one a day is good for you. You won't get the tannins in a blush wine, and I think that has a lot to do with thte benefits. Try starting out with a Pinot Noir if you don't really like reds, they are a good place to start acquiring the taste...not a bold as a Cabernet.
