I like the name "modka". Add some more ingredients to your recipe - it could be a hit.
A White Russian is made with vodka, milk (or cream), and coffee liqueur (like Kahlua). Your modka sounds like a White Russian, without the interest added by the coffee liqueur. I'm not sure it would be a hit.
Although a white russian is typicaly half and half plus vodka and kallua, you have basicaly have one. It isn't new bud, sorry.
Hmmm. Vodka + milk is a great base for drinks, but I'd be leery of trying it straight. But I'd keep it around as a drink base, because
