Answers:
After they boil, drain the hot water, turn on cold water, add a few ice cubes, let them sit for 3 minutes, take them out and peel. They're flawless every time!

Other Answers:
Put the pot with the hot water and eggs still in it, in the sink. Turn on the cold water and let the cold water run over the eggs for a good 10-15 minutes. This will loosen that little film between the egg and the shell. Then, crack the shell and peel by pulling that little film as you peel. This will ensure less little nicks in your eggs.

Me. I worked as a chef, once.

It will be easier if you first add a few dashes of salt to the water that you are boiling them in.
But other then that, there is no really easy way. I always peel them under running water.

grab the egg, crack it all around on the kitchen bench while the shell is still on, then peel most of it off by hand and wash the rest off with your hands

1. Add salt to the water to make peeling easier.

2. Soak eggs in cold water for 15 minutes

3. Buy an egg peeler.

Right before you hard boil and egg, take a pin and pierce the bottom of the shell. After you have hard boiled the egg, run it under cold water, give it a few knocks on the counter, and continue to run it under the cold water while you peel off the shell. The water helps the shell slip off, and stops the egg from cooking further. just transfer the eggs to a pot having some cold water... when the eggs is completely cooled then u could peel them

WATCH WHAT YOUR DOING------ No One Wants Hard Boiled Eggs In There Food. You Could Chip A Tooth. AND YOU NO WHAT DENIST CHARGE THEASE DAYS.

Boiling is the rapid vaporization of a liquid, which typically occurs when a liquid is heated to a temperature such that its vapor pressure is above that of the surroundings. A liquid may also boil when the pressure of the surrounding atmosphere is sufficiently reduced, e.g. by use of a vacuum pump. Boiling occurs in three characteristic forms, which are nucleate, transition and film boiling.

When the eggs are done cooking, submerge them in cold water immediately. When cool enough to handle, crack the shell on the big end of the egg. Let the egg soak in the cold water a few more minutes and it should peel easily. The theroy is that this will rupture the membrane and allow the cold water in to surround the egg white. Therefore the shell should come right off. It is also better to use eggs that are a few days old, fresh eggs just don't work well no matter what you do. it easier when you peel them under cold running water!! you would not believe how easy they are to peel!

Soak in cold water until cool to the touch
Crack the entire egg until it's in tiny pieces
Peel either in a bowl of water or under running water
Use the sides of your thumb and finger and peel along the shape of the egg in a rubbing off instead of tearing fashion.
