Everclear. Unless you make your own alcohol, but dont drink too much, maybe several shots because it is really easy to overdose (alcohol poisoning) with everclear.
Pure grain alcohol, which is 190 proof, or 95% pure (proof is percentage alcohol X2). Anything stronger than that they would need to chemically remove the water, since 95% alcohol and 5% water can't be distilled to be any more pure.

PGA and EverClear have the strongest proof "legally speaking". They are both 100% pure grain alcohol.
Unless you get the illegal stuff, called Moonshine, it actually has the strongest proof, and if you get a bad batch, it can kill you.
