Answers:
Well, you feel hungover because you're dehydrated mostly. Try a sport drink like gatorade before you go to bed. This will help to replenish lost nutrients as well as hydrate your body.

b is good... i personally like c, and if ur going to take b go for a b complex w/ all the different b vitamin in one. your body specially needs the water soluble vitamins that cant be stored in the body like c,and all 7 b vitamins. but everybodys body is different and might need more or less of a certain vitamin after partying, see what makes u fell betterhangovers hm greasy food helps!.cesars are also a good drink for a hangover the next day i think its B too, possibly b12 cos i read somewhere that bananas are good for a hangover with all those vitamins n potassium n stuff..
a banna its packed with vit B goes down well and isnt unhealthy
some say vitamid c and d alot of people drink juice and milk the next day for a hangover.Alot of other people say drinking another beer cures it.A hangover is caused by a lack of liquid in your body, which is why some people dry heave when they're hung over. Alcohol, juices, any kind of pop and even milk, will dry your body out making you feel even more hung over. There is no sure fire cure to not get a hangover but, in my experience, if you drink 2 liters of water before you fall asleep, you won't feel the effects of a hangover the next morning. However, this amount is proportional to your body size. I'm fairly small (short & medium build), so 1.5 liters works for me. However, if you're a big guy, you may need to have closer to 3 liters or possibly 4.
Remember, the only thing to deal with the alcohol in your system is to wait it out. The only thing that will accomplish this is allowing your liver to oxidize the alcohol. However, the water dillutes it to a point where you don't really feel the effects of it.
i was just at a friends wedding and one of the bridesmaids was handing out vitamin B12 and a generic form of aleve and it worked. i know i drank alot and felt pretty good the next morning. There is this wonder vitamin called H2O that is friggin awesome. Hangovers are caused by dehydration so replenishing yourself with this wonder drug is the best thing to do. Also eat decently to bring your blood sugar up if it is bottomed out.
