As a Glaswegian I was raised to worship alcohol and getting drunk, but a few years ago I decided to cut down drinking and in fact to all intents and purposes I no longer drink.
I have found, to my surprise, that I don't miss it at all, in fact I enjoy everything more.
This is not bullsh*t or preaching, its just the truth.
I've been all over the world but after a few drinks its more or less the same bar.
I regret all the girls I've missed out on by being drunk and all the situations I was unable to enjoy to the full.
Apologies are also due to all the people I've hurt accidentally and intentionally, when I was drunk.
