Answers:
The oldest direct evidence comes from south Asia and predates Egypt (which predates Greece), which is where wine grapes (vitis vinifera) come from.

But really, yeast naturally occurs on fruit and it readily ferments. Other animals purposefully consume fermented fruit and evidence suggests humanity has done so throughout our existence.

Other Answers:
Wine has been going on for thousands and thousands of years. The first to do it? Who knows.
From best recollection of a wine class in college it was early Egyptian/Greek. And it was discovered by accident from mold forming on piled clothes. (Some more wine please!)
