In my experience, mixing liquors never ends up well. But, every time I've had a long island iced tea with any other drink, liquor or beer, I've puked.
It all depends upon whether you are eating while you are drinking, how fast you are drinking and the amount that you are drinking. A regular size glass of wine is about 5 ounces. Make sure you eat before you start drinking and things should be fine. For me to drink 1 glass of wine and 1 long island, would take me at least a couple of hours but I think I would still be over .08 when I've finished.
Just depends on what your body is used to. You could opt to keep drinking the wine and not take that chance.

The liver is a delicate organ, don't screw it up with too much of booze. Stick to one drink an hour and limit yourself to 3 to 4 drinks for the evening. And drink plenty of water in between. that will help to dilute the alcohol levels in your body and will eventually flush it out.
Remember, chances are that if you even over do one type of alcohol you'll end up with ur face down in the WC. So drink Responsibly!!!
